| Abstract: | This paper explains disciplinary construction and the cultivation of disciplinary leaders from the following three perspectives: 1.disciplinary construction is critical to the construction of a college or university;2.advanced disciplinary leaders are critical to disciplinary construction;3.qualities that are essential to a disciplinary leader lote discussed Finally,the paper presents three ways of Cultivating Creative-minded disciplinary leaders: 1.establishing co-operations with the first-class universities in the country to cultivate advanced personnel with Dactoral Degree;2. introducing disciplinary leaders and advanced personnel by the Academy for the construction of disciplines; 3. focusing on the construction of "Commanding information and Decision-making"laboratory. |
