| 摘 要： | 列宁逝世后苏联放弃了新经济政策而选择了斯大林经济模式。这一选择绝非偶然侥幸，而是众多历史因素交互作用而致的一种必然结果。这些因素体现为经典社会主义“直接过渡”理论的影响、新经济政策的局限性、战时共产主义政策的功过、国际资本主义对苏俄的危胁、俄国军事封建帝国主义传统的影响以及列宁逝世后苏共高层领导对新经济政策的理解和态度等六个方面。

| Abstract: | The Soviet Union gave up new economic policies and chose Sidalin＇ s economic model after Lenin passed away. The historical fact was not accidental, instead was a necessary result caused by many historical factors, which embodied in following aspects： the influence of classic socialist theories, the limitation of new economic policies, the merits and faults of communist policies in the war, the threats to the Soviet Union from international capitalism, the influence of military feudal imperialism tradition and the understanding and attitude of the top leaders of Communist Party of the Soviet Union to new economic policies, etc. |
