| 摘 要： | 20世纪20年代，英国实行了扶德抑法、联美反日、警惕美国、排斥苏联的“纯粹外交”政策。这是英国根据第一次世界大战后大国间实力对比的变化和国内的和平主义、反战主义、理想主义思潮的兴起，经过反复斟酌而采取的全球性均势政策。它随着时间的推移而日趋失灵，最终被缓靖政策所取代。

| Abstract: | In 1920's, Britain carried out a diplomacy policy in which Britain excluded Soviet and propped up Germany to restrain France, allying America against Japan while alerting it. It was a globial policy of balance balance based on the British government's study to the situation all over the world after the World War; the changes of power between powerful nations, and the rise of idealism longing for the peace against war. The policy died away, in 1930's it was instead of the Appeasement Poicy. |
