| 摘 要： | 随着高职院校思想政治理论课教学改革的推进,思想政治理论课教师总体素质得到提高。广大教师爱岗敬业、勤奋工作,为培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人做出了应有的贡献。但是还必须看到,思政课教师素质参差不齐,有的还存在一些问题。分析存在的问题,提出解决问题的对策,对于加强高职院校思政课教师队伍的建设,提高思想政治理论课实效性具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | With the development of ideological and political theory teaching reform in higher vocational colleges, the overall quality of ideological and political theory course teachers is improved. The teachers love the job, work hard, and make due contributions for the cultivation of the comprehensive development of socialist builders and successors. But the quality of teachers is uneven, and some problems exist. The article analyzes thc existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem, and this is of great importance to strengthen the construction of ideological and political teachers in higher vocational colleges, and improve the actual effect of ideological and political theory course. |
