五年制高职班主任隐性教育的实施策略

摘    要:隐性教育相对于显性教育而言,有其特殊性。高职班主任在学生思想政治教育中的重要性和隐性教育在高职思想政治教育中的必要性,已经越来越引起了教育工作者的关注与思考。因此,探讨五年制高职班主任隐性教育的实施策略尤为重要。具体体现在人格塑造隐性教育、制度建设隐性教育、环境创设隐性教育、人文关怀隐性教育、教学渗透隐性教育、方法创新隐性教育等六个方面。

Abstract:In contrast to dominant education invisible education has its particularity. The importance of higher vocational class adviser in students' ideological and political education and the necessity of the invisible education in higher vocational college ideological and political education have caused the attention and thinking of the education workers. So it is important to discuss the implementation strategy of invisible education. It is embodied in constructing personality invisible education, system construction invisible education, environment creation invisible education, humanistic care invisible education, teaching infiltration invisible education, and teaching method innovation six aspects.
