| 摘 要： | 加强和改进高职学生思想政治教育是高职院校工作的重点,是一项长期艰巨的战略任务。高职院校学生的个性问题、学习问题、情感交流和交往问题、家庭和社会问题、父母和教师教育等诸多方面都是高职院校教师对学生进行思想政治教育工作中的工作难点。对于教育工作者而言,只有深入了解学生的实际情况,不断学习和探讨工作方法,思想政治教育工作才能有的放矢、工作做得更好。

| Abstract: | To strengthen and improve ideological and political education of higher vocational students is the key work in higher vocational colleges, and is a long-term arduous task. Higher vocational college students＇ personality, learning problems, emotional communication and exchanges, family and social problems, parents and teachers education are difficult points for higher vocational college teachers to undertake the ideological and political educationcork. For education workers, only by understanding the actual situations of students, constantly learning and exploring working methods, can ideological and political education work be done better. |
