| 摘 要： | 高职院校承担的三大功能中,社会服务功能是教学和科研功能的延伸和拓展,反过来又会促进学院教学和科研功能的提升。要想大幅度提升造船厂船体装配工岗位人员的素质和能力,渤海船舶职业学院必须依托丰富的船舶专业资源,明确思路及方法,合理地开展具体实践并提供保障条件,以更好地开展船体装配工的社会培训工作,进而培养高素质的岗位人才,服务地方经济发展。

| Abstract: | Among the three functions of higher vocational colleges, social service function is the extension and expansion of teaching and scientific research function, which in turn promotes the ascension of college teaching and scientific research function. To greatly improve quality and ability of shipyard hull assembly workers, the college must rely on abundant resources of shipbuilding major, clear thoughts and methods, rationally carry out the concrete practice, and provide necessary conditions to better conduct social training work of hull assembly workers, thus cultivate high quality talents, and serve local economic development. |
