| 摘 要： | 为了强化自学考试教育教学功能,提高自学考试教育质量,探索普通高等学校举办公开(开放)教育、尝试高等教育“宽进严出”的新路子,广东省于1999年在五所普通高校成立了公开(开放)学院。本从建立公开学院“半强制性学习环境”的角度出发,对如何做好此类学生的教育和管理工作进行了有益的探索。

| Abstract: | Five open colleges were founded based on five higher education institutions in Guangdong in 1999, aiming at strengthening educating functions of the Self-Taught Education,improving its education qualities,and bringing forth the new idea of "opening to everyone;rigorous to graduate" to develop higher education. This paper systematically explores ways to improve student education and administration within a "half-compulsory learning environment" in open colleges. |
