| Abstract: | Democratic parties' surveillance serves as a powerful safeguard to reinforce the construction of the administrative ability of the Communist Party of China(CPC).In order to constantly promoting such ability,the unique advantages of the democratic parties,such as the abundance of talented person, various sources of information and the ability of pooling the wisdom of the masses,should play an important role in building the ability of participation in governmental affairs of democratic parties under the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation led by the CPC,hence urge the CPC making decision in a democratic and scientific manner. |
