| 摘 要： | 社会保随法律制度是调整社会保随关系的法律规范的总称，是一个包括若干社会保障子体系的系统工程。日前，我国的社会保随法律制度尚不健全，还存在很多问题，这与社会主义市场经济的发展不相适应。因此，应加快制定适应中国社会经济发展的社会保障立法规划和完备的社会保随法律体系，建立统一的社会保障管理体制，并注意与其他部门的立法内容相衔接，同时，还应合理设置社会保障项日。扩大社会保障范围，提高管理服务社会化程度，健全社会保随的法律实施机制，逐步完善我国的社会保随法律制度。

| Abstract: | The legal system of social security refers to all legal regulations of social security relationship, which is systematic programs including several sub - system of social security legal system in our country. At the present time, the social security legal system is not perfect, and has many problems, which is not suitable for development of our socialist market economy. Therefore, we should quicken making legal system of our social security perfect, build up the unified management system of the social security and connect the system with the content of the other legal branches. At the same time, we should set up the programs of the social security, enlarge the extent of the social security, improve the level of the socialization of social service, and make the mechanism of social security application and social security Legal system perfect. |
