| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设是中国社会农村的一场深刻的变革,也是中华文明发展的新转机。为此,需要从文明发展与进化的角度进行全面审视。从共时性角度看,文明发展具有整体性;从历时性角度看,文明发展具有主导性;从文明的角度看,社会主义新农村建设是农村物质文明、精神文明、精神文明建设的统一,是农村物质文明、精神文明、政治文明建设的协调。推进社会主义新农村建设,需要发展现代农业,把握社会主义新农村建设的本质;以全球化为契机,增强社会主义新农村建设的动力;大力弘扬和谐精神,推进社会主义新农村建设的进程。

| Abstract: | The Socialism Construction of the New Countryside is not only a deep reform of the country in Chinese society,but a new opportunity of the development of the Chinese civilization.Therefore,We should treat it all around from the aspects of the development of civilization and the evolution.From the angle of concurrence,the development of civilization has deciding role,From the aspect of civilization,the socialism construction of new countryside is a unification both of the substantial civilization and Spiritual civilization in the countries,is also the coordination of them above and the political civilization.In order to promote the socialism construction of the new countryside,We should develop our modern agriculture,grasp the foundation,strengthen the motivation with the chance of the globalization,promote the spirit of harmony,improve the process the socialism of the new countryside. |
