高校教学质量模糊评价研究

摘    要:随着高等教育大众化的进程,高等学校规模正在实现跨越式的发展。办学规模迅速扩大,对教学资源和教学管理形成了较大的压力。在新形势下,为了全面保证人才培养质量,必须构建系统的、科学的、有效的教学质量监控体系,实施教学质量的全面管理,这样才能有力促进高校教学质量的不断提高。本文旨在分析面向市场经济对高校教学要求的基础上,研究高校教学质量评价指标,探讨模糊评价法在教学质量评价中的应用,构建高校教学质量模糊综合评价模型,为高校教学质量管理提供依据。

Abstract:With the popularization of higher education,the scale of colleges and universities increases greatly,which has brought big stress on teaching resources and management.Under such situation,in order to ensure the quality of educating people and promote teaching quality in colleges and universities,systematic,scientific and effective supervising system of teaching quality and administration should be established and overall management of teaching quality should be actualized.Based on the analysis of new requirement of higher education teaching quality in marketing economy,in this paper,the evaluation index and application of fuzzy mathematics in evaluating performance of teaching quality are discussed and also a fuzzy synthetic evaluation model to evaluate performance of teaching quality is given,which would provide gist for strengthening teaching management.
