| 摘 要： | CMMI(软件能力成熟度)模型集成已经成为软件过程改进的标准模型,本文针对中小型软件项目应用CMMI改进软件过程中出现的问题,结合CMMI各级标准,提出了中小型软件项目应用CMMl模型的实施方案和指导步骤。
