| 摘 要： | 从论述宁波市数字图书馆机电塑料模具特色库建设项目的目标及其迫切性出发，结合分析特色库的服务领域及主要对象，确定资源的总体框架为技术导航、贸易视窗、教学资源、咨询与服务4个主要栏目，探讨资源的各种获取途径、系统平台的搭建工作、资源的组织标引工作、文献模板的选取等，最后针对建设过程中出现的人力财力、元数据存储和收割、知识版权、资源收集渠道等方面问题提出相应的解决措施。

| Abstract: | With the discussion of the constructing objective and urgency of electromechanical plastic mould characteristics literature resources database of Ningbo Digital Library（NBDL）, the authors combine and analyze its service field and main object, and then decide the overall resources frame are four sections: technical navigation, trade window, teaching resources, and consultation service, and also research the channels to access to information, work for building system, resources organization and mark，and choosing literature molding board. Finally, the authors provide some measures to solve resources access, intellectual property rights, metadata harvest and storage, human resources and financial resources and so on.. |
