| 摘 要： | 英语创新教育的原则是为了全面提高学生英语综合素质，在必要的语言技能的基本训练外，加强学生运用语言知识分析、综合的能力。高素质的师资队伍是教育的关键。要培养创新人才，关键是教师，不仅要有创新意识，还要有创造性思维和创新能力。

| Abstract: | The key point of English education innovation is to improve the traditional teaching model, to improve students＇ comprehensive capacity in English studying, especially listening ability and saying ability. And improving teachers＇quality is the security of training creative talents and implementing English education innovation. The principle of English education innovation is to improve students＇ English comprehensive quality, to train students＇ language comprehensive capacity, especially to train students＇ creative spirit and creative ability. Therefore, the key of utilizing education is the teachers with high quality. Teachers are the key of training creative talents. We not only must have awareness of innovation, but also must have the creative thinking and creative ability. |
