| 摘 要： | 引进外资大学既有风险，也有收益。风险主要表现在对国家教育主权的挑战和加大我国高等教育发展不平衡的局面等方面：收益主要表现在引入海外教育资源、有利于我国高等教育的完善和发展以及为我国有效地挽回了一部分教育资金等等。风险与收益相比，风险能够通过有效防范措施加以避免而使受益远远大于风险．结论是可以逐步引进外资大学。

| Abstract: | The prosperous development of Chinese foreign cooperation school and the rising of higher educational multiplex school system cultivate the starting of foreign capital university in China.However,there are both incomes and risks with introduce foreign capital university into China.The risks include three aspects.One is that it would challenge national education sovereign.The other is that it would disappear of our education and culture's distinctive quality.The last is that it would enlarges the imbalance of higher education development.Meanwhile,the incomes also include three points.First,it can help us to compensate the insufficient of higher education's investments and resoures so that it can promote our higher education's development.Second it can improve our teaching quality and promote the exchange of other counties.Comparing with the risks and incomes,we can find that incomes are bigger than the risks.So we can introduce foreign capital university into China gradually. |
