| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、访谈法和问卷调查法等方法对长治市4所普通高校的非体育专业学生进行调查,旨在了解公共体育课的现状和不足.结果显示目前长治市普通高校公共体育课存在着教学内容陈旧,组织形式单一,教学方法手段不够灵活等方面的问题.建议从教学内容改革等方面入手,切实满足当代大学生的特点和需要.

| Abstract: | After the interviews and questionnaires and other methods in four universities of Changzhi,the paper aimed at the status and lack of physical education.The results showed that the physical education teaching is archaic,the form is single,teaching methods,are not enough flexibility The paper proposed to reform the teaching content from the start,and effectively meet the characteristics of contemporary college students and needs. |
