| Abstract: | This paper introduces the development history of China’s college systems in higher education and different types of college systems in foreign countries.It also proposes a novel college management system of the integrative charge of the college by dean with the coordination of administrative and academic authority and under the leadership of the trustee.Thus,a democratic management and supervising mechanism will be established to enhance the stable and healthy development of the secondary college. |
