| 摘 要： | 通过分析法采用问卷形式对本科毕业生进行择业观影响因素的调查,通过因子分析模型,找出影响毕业生择业的主要因素,为高校及有关部门针对大学毕业生开展相关的择业观教育、细化就业指导工作提供参考,提高就业指导工作的有效性,稳步提高大学生的就业率.

| Abstract: | This article focuses on the investigation of influencing factors on the undergraduates’ view of vocational selection by factor analysis method and questionnaire survey.According to the investigation,the author finds out the main influencing factors,which can be a reference to the university and related departments.They can know how to conduct more effective guidance on choosing an occupation and to carry out employment education.With the results of this article,the work efficiency of related departments in the university may be improved.And so it is with the employment rate of graduates. |
