| 摘 要： | Vc分子中的烯二醇基具有较强的还原性,能被I2定量地氧化成二酮基。采用直接碘量法测定及比较不同厂家生产的Vc药片中抗坏血酸的含量,各组平行测定的标准偏差较小,显著性检验中t值均较小,两组测定不存在显著性差异。 |

| Abstract: | Dienol in the Vc exhibits high reduction ability and can be oxidized into diketonyl species.Direct iodimetric analysis is applied to determine the content of ascorbic acid in Vc tablets supplied by various manufactures.The standard deviations in the two parallel measurements and the value in significance test are small.In addition,no significant difference is observed between the two group tests. |
