| 摘 要： | 面对新的形势、新的情况和新的要求,高校民主党派基层组织如何加强自身建设,增强参政党意识,是一项十分重要和急切的政治责任。针对制约和影响当前高校民主党派加强自身建设的若干突出问题,诸如＂学习难＂、＂凝聚力和吸引力不显＂、＂党派基层组织的作用发挥有限＂等等,从多个方面加以原因探析,并结合高校统战工作实务,相应提出践行社会主义核心价值体系等对策思路。

| Abstract: | Faced with new environment,conditions,and demand,it is both a very important and urgent political duty for democratic parties primitive organizations in universities and colleges to strengthen self-reconstruction and to boost joint-administration consciousness.This paper involves an multi-angle causes analyses upon a number of outstanding problems that hinder and influence current democratic parities in universities and colleges in their self-constructing,such as "without availability of learning","lack of adherence and attraction","functional deficiency of party primitive organizations"etc.Combined with practice of university united front work,this paper put forwards some countermeasures for fulfilling socialist kernel value system. |
