| 摘 要： | 本文从微博“碎片化”特征入手，反思微博兴盛背后，其碎片化特征可能对高校网络舆情带来的消极影响，并归纳当前高校网络舆情的特征，探索性地提出高校网络舆情的引导策略，以进一步提升在新媒体时代高校网络舆情应对的实效性与针对性。
