| Abstract: | The development history of defense scientific and technical information service over the past 50 years and more is reviewed. The development laws and characteristics are summed up. Based on the analysis of the challenges and opportunities the defense scientific and technical information service is confronted with,the paper puts forward some tentative ideas about its innovation and development. |
