| 摘 要： | 实验室不仅是实验理论的实践性诠释地，更是创造性成果的聚集地以及创新人才的汇总基地。实验室在高校建设与发展中之所以有如此重要的作用，和实验室所具有的创新性、成果性、全面性的特点有着密不可分的联系。本文从当今实验师资队伍建设的现状出发，从多个方面分析了实验师资队伍建设认识上的偏差，又通过建设高质量实验师资队伍的重要性的深入探讨，总结出了建设高质量实验师资队伍的方法和需要注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The laboratory is not only the theory and practice of interpretation ,is gathered creative achievements and summary base of innovative talents .The laboratory has such an important role in the construction and development of universities and colleges ,with innovation ,and laboratory results ,comprehensive features are closely related .This article from the current situation of the experiment teachers team construction ,analyses the construction of experiment teaching team of deviation on understanding ,and through in-depth study of the importance of building high quality experimental teaching staff ,summarizes several construction method of high quality experimental teaching staff and the need to pay attention to the problem . |
