| 摘 要： | 文化旅游是旅游产业未来的一大发展方向。开封文化旅游产业的发展优势显著，方兴未艾，前景广阔。开封在建设“国际文化旅游名城”进程中，做大做精做强文化旅游产业至关重要。其主要实现路径包括：科学规划，引领文化旅游产业发展；项目带动，做精、做强文化旅游项目；培育龙头，做精、做亮文化旅游品牌；突出特色，做活、做靓文化旅游产业；融合发展，做全、做特文化旅游产业链条；注重创意，做优、做奇城市旅游形象。

| Abstract: | Cultural tourism is the future feature of the tourism industry. Kaifeng has its own specific advantages and promising future in de- veloping cultural tourism industry. The most important is that Kaifeng has to make its own cultural tourism industry more extractive and pow- erful in the process of building International Cultural Tourism City. The ways include： scientific planning that can guide the development of cul rural tourism industry~ items spurring that can make the cultural tourism items more refined and stronger; specialties cultivating that can make the cultural tourism brand more extractive and delighting; feature projecting that can make the cultural tourism industry more attractive and flexible; co-developing that can make the part of cultural tourism chain more comprehensive and special; origin creating that can make the image as a tourism city better and more wonderful. |
