| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料和调查访问等方法,对济南市12家商业健身俱乐部的管理者、健身指导员和会员进行调查研究,反映出济南市商业健身俱乐部的管理现状与管理各因素存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,旨在对健身俱乐部管理战略的制定与提高管理水平提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review and investigation,this paper makes survey on manager,fitness instructor and member of 12 commercial fitness club,finds out the existing problem and current situation of commercial fitness club management and puts forward the measurements.The main purpose is to provide reference for making management strategy and improving the management level. |
