| Abstract: | First,the characteristics of emergency events are analyzed.Then the necessary elements of an effective emergency plan are pointed out so as to assess the effectiveness of an emergency plan accurately.By doing this,the desired disposition effect of the emergency plan will be achieved.Finally,there are some thoughts on emergency events and emergency plans. |
