摘    要:成书于战国后期的思孟派著作<学记>是中国历史上第一部教育学专著.其中着重阐述了有关教学原则、方法、教师资格及其在教学过程中的师生关系.这部专著对古今中外的教育产生了巨大影响.后人应继承这份珍贵的教育遗产,汲取其精华,为当今的素质教育所借鉴.

Abstract:Book of Study, published in the later Warring States Period, is the first monograph on pedagogy in our Chinese history. It emphasizes teaching principles, methods, the teachers' qualifications and the relationship between teachers and students in the teaching course, which has a great influence on the ancient or present and Chinese or foreign education. What we should do is to carry on this precious educational heritage, to draw its essence and guide the present qualities - education.
