| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析的研究方法,通过对健身气功五禽戏的形成、发展、及其本质规律的系统梳理、归类、分析,以马王堆导引养生功法为背景,探研健身气功五禽戏的形成与发展轨迹,以及健身气功五禽戏与古代马王堆导引养生功法的历史渊源,为健身气功五禽戏的开展与普及提供参考的理论依据。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature, logical analysis, through combing and classifying and analyzing the formation, development and inner rules and theories of Five-Animal Exercise, the paper take the Derivation Graphs from the Ma Wang Dui Han Tomb as the background, studies the developing process of Five-Animal Exercise and its relations with the Derivation Graphs from the Ma Wang Dui Han Tomb, tries to find some theories and references for the spread of Five-Animal Exercise. |
