| 摘 要： | 校企合作是高职院校创新办学模式的基本形式，也是决定高职教育成败兴衰的主要因素，它能开创学校、企业、社会、学生和政府多赢的局面。高职院校要选择多层次的合作方式，积极突破政策缺失、企业被动、模式不优和科研不力等多方面的障碍，努力构建校企合作的科学机制。

| Abstract: | The cooperation between colleges and enterprises is a basic form for＂ vocational technical colleges to create their school-running modes, and it is also the key factor to decide whether the vocational education is successful or not, which can make colleges, enterprises, the society, students and the government all win. Vocational technical colleges should choose cooperations of various levels and overcome such difficulties actively as policy hiatuses, enterprises＇ passive situations, improper modes and unstrong scientific research ability to establish a scientific system for the cooperations between colleges and enterprises. |
