| Abstract: | Aiming at the auto spare parts inventory management, the paper points out the significance and importance of auto spare parts inventory, and discusses the effect on control decision for automobile spare parts inventory based on purchasing management through three aspects. Thus the stock of auto spare parts can be reasonably, scientifically and effectively con- trolled and managed. |
