| 摘 要： | 近来年高校的行政化现象日益蔓延,学术权和行政权的冲突愈演愈烈,高校的内部矛盾也日渐激化,行政化已经成为制约高校发展的重大障碍.＂去行政化＂改革最积极的意义就在于通过机制和体制上的改变,让最本真的教育灵魂从附庸和被奴役的地位中解脱出来,回归到不卑不亢和独立自主中来,只有这样才能更好地促进高校的科学健康发展,才能真正实现大学精神的自由与解放.

| Abstract: | In recent years, over-administration has been spreading quickly, which has resulted in the increasing conflicts between the academic freedom and executive powers. Over-administration has become an obstacle to the development of colleges. The significance of de-administration lies in that it calls back independence and democracy to education, paves the way for the sound and scientific development of colleges and universities, and gives true emancipation to the university spirit. |
