摘    要:目前中小学教师专业发展中存在着主体性缺失的问题,中小学教师的主体性体现在独立自主性、自觉能动性、创造超越性和独特性四方面。中小学教师专业发展的主体性表现为以专家型、专业化作为自我主体性发展的目标和核心,自觉反思是教师主体性成长发展的主要途径,自我的终生教育是教师主体成长的根本保障。

Abstract:Presently there exists subjectivity-loss problem in the developmen t of specialty of teachers in primary and middle schools. The subjectivity of tea chers in primary and middle schools is embodied in four aspects such as independ ence, consciousness, creativity and uniqueness. Expert-type and specialization are the purpose and core of self subjective development of teachers in primary a nd middle schools. Conscious rethinking is an important channel of their subject ive development. Self lifetime education is a fundamental guarantee of their sub jective development.
