| 摘 要： | 由于平潭自然旅游资源和人文旅游资源具有不可再生性，实现生态旅游的可持续发展需要加强特色生态旅游产品开发；加大政府支持力度，实施科学开发；加大人才培养力度，提高生态旅游管理水平；加大宣传教育力度，普及生态旅游理念以及实施绿化工程。
