| 摘 要： | 在农村小学布局调整中师资队伍建设至关重要,它关系着教师队伍的健康发展,关系着学生的全面成长,关系着学校办学水平的提高。本文在调查研究的基础上,分析了农村小学布局调整中师资队伍建设存在问题,并提出了解决问题的思路与对策。

| Abstract: | The construction of the teacher team is very important for the layout and adjustment of the countryside primary schools,which is related to the healthy development of the teacher team,overall growth of the students,and the improvement of the shool level.This thesis,on the basis of some investigation and study,anylizes the problems about the contruction of the teacher team regarding the layout and adjustment of the countryside primary schools,and puts forward the ideas and contermeasures to solve these problems. |
