| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料等研究方法,探讨了直属体育院校办学体制改革的途径,提出把学校建设成教育、科研、训练三结合基地的思路。三结合基地要适应经济规律,遵循教育规律,体现体育规律,实现教育体系与体育体系的有机结合。

| Abstract: | Based on documentation study, data analysis and authors'experiences, the reform of management systems of traditional physical education colleges directly affiliated to the State Sports General Administration was discussed. Strategies were then put forward to build the traditional colleges into new "three in one "camps-integrating physical education with sports scientific research and athletic training. It is argued that the "three in one "camps should be compatible with the development laws and principles of economy, education and sports, resulting in an integrated combination of sports and physical education. |
