提高幼儿教学效果的策略

摘    要:丰富多彩的教学活动是幼儿发展的需要,提高幼儿教学效果是教师的追求。教师要讲究教学策略:一是关注幼儿日常生活重视课前准备活动,二是巧用有效的教具和教学手段,三是沉着应对教学活动中生成的问题;要为幼儿营造一个良好的活动环境,让幼儿在教学活动中积极体验、探索、认识、提升,真正促进每个幼儿富有个性地发展。

Abstract:Effective leadership is the interactive product of the characteristics of a leader, the behavior of the leader and the situation. The effective school leadership of the headmaster is the key determinant of quality. The influential factors of the effectiveness of the leadership are as follows: the management system, school principals and the headmaster's quality. The strategies to break the constraints are as follows : reference of school - based management experience and improvement of the principal responsibility by breaking the barriers of academic (teaching and research) systems and administration system for implementation of the "possession of part - time teaching, full participation" for strengthening the quality and self- cultivation of their occupations.
