| 摘 要： | 公司治理评价是提高公司治理质量的有效方式。南开公司治理评价指标在我国公司治理研究领域具有较大的影响。基于CCGINK的评价体系,通过对我国上市公司治理的调查数据的统计分析,经验性的研究揭示了我国上市公司治理的微观机制,发现了公司治理的优势功能及不足之处,从而为上市公司治理质量的提高提供了一定的理论支持。

| Abstract: | The corporate governance evaluation is the effective way to improve corporate governance quality.Nankai corporate governance measure system has a greater impact in the field of corporate governance.Empirical research reveals the microscopic mechanism of corporate governance and finds out its advantage and deficiencies based on Nankai evaluation system and by means of static analysis of survey data of listed corporate governance,so as to provide theoretical support to improve corporate governance. |
