| 苏州市外资企业职工体育管理的现状与发展趋势研究 |

| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查及数理统计等研究方法，对苏州外资企业职工体育管理的现状与发展趋势进行研究。结果表明，71．7％的外资企业没有职工体育活动制度，只有13．1％的外资企业有体育主管部门，其中，人力资源部所占比例高于工会所占的比例；70％以上的外资企业职工人均年体育活动的经费在50元以下，职工人均年体育活动的经费在201元-500元之间的外资企业中，韩资企业所占比例最高，为30％，职工活动经费主要用于企业开展职工活动的奖品发放和租借场地。建议大中型外资企业建立职工体育活动制度，企业职工体育活动实行企业化运行模式，小型企业应与社区相结合开展形式多样的体育活动，来保障职工的体育活动的正常开展。

| Abstract: | Through reading correlation method and so on literature material,To Suzhou Foreign-funded enterprise staff sports management present situation and trend of development research.The result indicated: 71.7% Foreign-funded enterprises do not have the staff sports system,only then 13.1% Foreign-funded enterprises by sports Department responsible for the work,the human resources department institute accounts for the proportion to be higher than the proportion which the trade union occupies;70% above Foreign-funded enterprise staff average per person year sports' funds below 50 Yuan,the staff average per person year sports' funds in 201-500 Yuan between Foreign-funded enterprises,the Korean investment enterprise account for the proportion to be highest,is 30%,the staff moves the funds mainly to use in the enterprise developing the prize which the staff moves to provide and to rent the location.Suggested that the large and middle scale Foreign-funded enterprise establishes the staff sports system,the enterprise staff sports implements the commercialized movement pattern,the Small business should unify with the community carries out various sports,safeguards staff's sports normal development. |
