| 摘 要： | 在目前高校毕业生就业形势严峻的情况下，大学生自身存在的就业观念陈旧、就业能力储备不足及职业道德欠缺等原因也是导致其就业困难不可忽视的重要因素。毕业生要转变观念，提高素质，增强就业能力，积极主动适应就业多样化的现实。

| Abstract: | Due to the antiquated ideas, inabilities and the lack of professional ethics, more and more college students feel it difficult to find a job. The severe situation urges them to change their attitude towards employments, so they must try to improve their quality, and acquire tactful skills needed, which will make them have access to the employment in the future. |
