| 摘 要： | 知识经济是人类社会新世纪的一道曙光.在知识经济时代,占主导地位的资源和生产要素不再是一般劳动力和资本,而是知识.谁能拥有并合理运用知识,谁就掌握了这个时代的真正主动权.通过阐述知识管理的几大特征来说明知识管理的重要性.现代的企业要想生存与发展必须改变陈旧的管理模式,采用知识管理是企业发展的最佳选择.

| Abstract: | The economy of knowledge is a first light of morning of new century in the society. In the period of economy of knowledge, instead of normal labor force and capital, the knowledge is the leading social resource and factor. The enterprise which possessed and reasonably handled the knowledge will have the right to take initiative in the century. The article states the importance of management of knowledge through the characteristics of knowledge management . The modern enterprise must change the stale pattern of management if it is going to survive and develop. It is the best choice to apply the knowledge management for the development of enterprise. |
