| 摘 要： | 当前随着高校教学改革的不断深入以及新时期,社会对于人才需求层次的提高,这对高校而言,提出了一些新的要求。基于这个层面,本文对新时期高校教学管理的现状及其存在问题等方面进行了研究论述,文章在研究过程中,就我国高校教学管理的现况及其存在问题和不足进行了分析,并就其存在的问题提出了一些对策和建议,以期为我国高校教学管理及其发展的新模式做些有益的研究尝试。
