| 摘 要： | "订单式"人才培养可以使学生在学校学到的知识和能力更贴近企业生产实际,大大缩短了岗前试用期,节约了企业的员工培训成本。本文将以"校企合作"双方中的"企业"为研究对象,探讨如何激励企业在"订单式"人才培养模式中发挥其主体作用,为已实行"订单式"人才培养模式的高职院校进一步深化教学改革提供借鉴和参考。
