| 摘 要： | 《大学生职业发展与就业指导》课程体系改革,要遵循教育部《大学生职业发展与就业指导课程教学要求》和课程建设内部规律,结合高校现有条件和大学生学习特点,其具体实施路径包括完善就业指导课程群、丰富教学形式、打造梯队式师资队伍、搭建全程化网络服务平台、完善课程考核和评价机制。

| Abstract: | The curriculum system reform of the Occupation Development of College Students and Em- ployment Guidance must be enforced. Combined with the existing condition and the learning features of college students, the reform should follow Occupation Development of University students and Require- ments of Employment Guidance Curriculum by the Ministry of Education, and internal law of curriculum construction. The specific implementation path of the reform includes perfecting the employment guidance curriculum group, enriching the teaching forms, creating echelon-type teachers, building full process web services platform, and improving course examination and evaluation system. |
