| 摘 要： | 调查表明中学教师心理健康的总体状况较差,影响教师心理健康的因素既有外部因素,又有教师的个体因素,要维护教师的心理健康,必须采取关注教师个体成长,给予社会支持;调整认知,加强自我心理保健等对策。

| Abstract: | A survey shows that the psychological health of middle school teachers is generally inferior.Outer factors and teachers' individual factors are the main cause.In order to keep teachers psychological health,we should take the actions of taking care of teachers development,support them all over the society; strengthen self psychological health. |
