| 摘 要： | 我国在解决婚姻家庭纠纷中，出现了多元化的纠纷解决机制，国家法对纠纷的解决有统一性和强制性；民间法在处理婚姻家庭纠纷中以其灵活的、民众广泛接受和认可的方式发挥出了独特的作用。国家可以通过整合传统法律文化现代法律文化来协调二者的关系，以建立一种以国家法为价值取向、以宽容原则为基础的民间法与国家法互动方式的纠纷解决模式。
