| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对苏南地区不同高校女大学生参与体育运动的影响因素进行分析研究。研究得出：胆怯自卑心理、体育兴趣、体育氛围、学校体育场地设施和体育教师的思想道德素质是影响女大学生参与体育运动的主要因素。为了更好地实施全民健身计划纲要,提高大学生的终身体育意识,针对存在的问题,提出消除心理障碍、增强心理素质;明确动机取向、培养体育兴趣、加强设施建设、构建体育氛围、提升教师教养等建议。

| Abstract: | With 800 female university students who come from 10 colleges and universities in the southern Jiangsu province of china as survey, this paper supplies studies and factor analysis on the factors that has affected their participation in sports, and its main research methods are questionnaires, interviews and mathematical methods. According to statistical analysis, there are five major factors which has affected the participation in sports of female university students from southern Jiangsu province： the timid inferiority mentality, few interests in sports, sports atmosphere, the number of school sports facilities and physical education teachers＇ ideological and moral qualities. Accordingly, this paper also put forward for corresponding？ suggestions. |
