| 摘 要： | 高职《秘书学》教学改革应从教学观念的改革入手 ,突出实践教学 ;灵活运用多种教学方式 ,实现教学方式方法的改革 ;突破教材的藩篱 ,拓展教学内容 ;采取过程性评价和终结性评价并重的考核评价方式 ,以符合高职教育的特点 ,培养应用型人才。

| Abstract: | The teaching reform for secretary study in higher vocational education should first start from the reform of the teaching concepts. Stressing the practice , using various teaching ways flexibly, realizing the reform of teaching methodology, overcoming the barriers caused by teaching material, widening the range of the teaching contents, putting the importance on the process assessment as well as the result assessment, by the above mentioned items of reform, teachers can cultivate the utilized talents who are fit for the features of higher vocational college students. |
