| 摘 要： | 我国社会主义经济体制改革的演进与思想解放和经济理论发展是紧密相连的。创新的马克思主义经济学家是我国改革的最早倡导者。中国政治经济学的转型,是在科学扬弃和超越苏联经济学和现代西方经济学的基础上转向现代马克思主义政治经济学,包括现代社会主义市场经济和现代资本主义市场经济的基本理论。应当在唯物史观的指导下,坚持“马学为体、西学为用、国学为根,世情为鉴、国情为据,综合创新”的学术方针和总体创新原则,使我国的经济学教学和研究适应现代社会主义经济全球化和市场经济的科学发展的需要,实现马克思主义经济学在中国的现代化和具体化。新时期30年,中国现代政治经济学总体上以马克思主义及其中国化经济思想为指导,以中外市场经济为实践源泉,创新出新的活劳动创造价值假设、利己利他经济人假设、资源和需求双约束假设、公平与效率交促同向变动假设和公有制高绩效假设等五个最主要的理论假设并逐渐形成共识,取得了人类经济学说发展史上的重大成果,对高绩效的中国经济发展和改革开放作出了巨大的贡献。同时,中国经济学的现代化呈现出注重对重大现实经济问题进行体现科学发展观的理论和政策探讨、注重对经济学原理的超越性发展、注重对政治经济学理论的数学表达和分析、注重用现代政治经济学引领应用经济学创新以及注重与国外马克思主义经济学的互动和借鉴等五大

| Abstract: | The evolution of the socialist economic reform in China is closely related with the ideological emancipation and the advance of economic theries.Innocative Marxist economists are the earliest initiators of reform in China.The transformation of Chinese political economy into modern Marxist political economy is the result of scientific discard and transcending of Russian economics and modern Western economics.In the light of historical materialism,we should adhere to the academic polity and innovative principle of "Marxist economics as the base,Western economics for use,Chinese economics as the root,world situation as the reference,Chinese situation as the point of departure to achieve comprehensive innovation".In this way,we can have the teaching and research of Chinese economics meet the need of globalization of modern socialist economy and the need of scientific development of market economy and thus achieve the realization of the modernism of Marxist economics in China.In the past 30 years,modern political economics in China,on the whole,followed the ideas of Marxist and Chinese economics and took market economy situations both home and abroad as the practice sources and put forward at least five new theoretical hypothesis,and took market economy... |
