| 摘 要： | 以黎明职业大学500名"90后"学生为调查对象,对高职院校学生活动的现状展开问卷调查并提出对策建议。调查结果表明,高职院校学生活动存在活动数量多但缺乏品质,活动宣传及类型缺乏创新性,活动设计缺乏针对性,活动组织管理缺乏科学性等问题。可以通过控制活动数量并打造院系品牌活动,扩展宣传渠道并注重后期深度挖掘,优选主题内容并拓宽活动载体形式,加强对象研究以贴近"90后"学生个性需求,优化制度管理以提高学生满意程度等措施优化高职院校学生活动。

| Abstract: | Taking 500 students from Liming Vocational University of ＂the generation after 1990s＂ as the investigation object, the article makes a questionnaire investigation about the present situation of higher vocational college students＇ activities and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions. The survey shows that there is a large number of students＇ activities but with poor quality, advertising conformism, and these activities lack designing pertinence, lack scientific organization and management. In order to optimize higher vocational college students＇ activities, we should control the quantity of activities and create brand activities, expanding advertising channels and pay attention to the later stage in -depth, optimize subjects and contents , broaden the activity carrier forms, strengthen research object to meet the individual demand of the ＂the generation after 1990s＂, and optimize the management system so as to improve the students＇ satisfaction. |
